Can I use this in the winter with freezing temperatures?
If you need to use this in an area that experiences freezing temperatures during the winter, you will need to keep the unit inside so the fresh water does not freeze. While we can add an antifreeze solution to the portable toilets to prevent freezing, we are not able to do it with sinks.
Do I need to connect my portable sink to running water?
No, the sink comes with its own freshwater tank to for a water supply, and a grey water tank for collection of used water. The freshwater tank will be replenished and the greywater emptied at servicing.
How far in advance should I place my order for a portable sink?
It’s best to reserve a portable sink rental as far in advance as possible. During the busier warmer months, portable sink availability can be limited because of the increased number of events and construction projects. Delivery times vary based on the company, but most can be delivered within 48 hours of your order.
