Tent Rentals

Tent rentals are essential for any event where people spend long periods of time outside. Large tents are common for outdoor concerts, music festivals, and carnivals, while smaller tent rentals are great for graduation parties, weddings, and backyard celebrations. We highly recommend ordering tents for dining areas in particular—your guests will be much more comfortable if they’re shielded from the sun and wind while eating. If professionals and volunteers are manning their booths for hours on end, they’ll be grateful to do it in the shade. Before you order tent rentals, check with your local government to see if you’ll need a permit to place them in the street, at the park, or on any other public property. After you’ve secured permission (if necessary), please place your rental order at least one day in advance of your desired delivery date. Leave detailed instructions as to where you’d like our providers to place your tent rentals upon delivery. When you’re ready to have your tent rentals removed from your site, call ASAP directly. We’ll schedule a prompt pickup and start finalizing your bill.

All event tent rental prices, including tent rentals, folding tables, round tables, rectangular table, and folding chairs, include a one-day rental. Construction and seasonal pricing reflect a 28-day rental period. Tent space should allow 10 square feet per person, so think carefully about how many people you expect to attend your event when deciding how many tents to order and/or what size you need. Tent rental prices may vary from location to location depending on availability.
